Whenever you have a problem with any car, truck and SUV, you can call the toll-free number 24 hours a day and request dispatch service and they will arrange to send help to your disabled vehicle from a participating facility. The Plan will make payment to the service facility directly for covered dispatch expenses. You can have up to 3 service calls a year.
This emergency road and tow benefit applies to any vehicle you are driving at the time of disablement:
You’re own,leased,rentedor borrowed.
Roadside Assistance coverage includes:
Towing for the first 5 or 25 miles to the nearest service center,Vehicle Jump Start,Fuel Delivery,Tire Change, Vehicle Extrication and Locksmith Services.
Covered Expenses
Roadside Assistance Service Includes:
- Telephone roadside dispatch twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week handled by a live agent.
Three claim limit for each active customer.
- Full road and towing services for all self-propelled, four-wheeled vehicles, trucks and RV’s with a carrying capacity of up to one ton (2000 pounds) designed, licensed, and used for private, on-road transportation up to 5 or 25 miles from hook up to nearest service facility, depending upon the plan selected.
- Partial road services for recreational vehicles and trucks with more than four wheels and/or a carrying capacity of more than one ton consisting of starting and gasoline/diesel fuel delivery service only.
- Motorcycles are provided service.
